This stunning property was designed as a spec house located within a high end residential neighbourhood in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The home is an island-inspired luxurious estate with a contemporary spin on British West Indies detailing.

Whilst designing this space, insignia design group manage to keep serenity through use of tone and styling and by keeping use of colour specifically to a minimum. The interior detailing sets the stage for the neutrality in the fabrics allowing you to truly view the architecture around it. "Typically for our interiors, we focus heavily on the proper layering of a space. This results in a more seamless flow from floor to ceiling and from room to room allowing you to appreciate the details without even realizing you are."
