Get a better nights sleep with these 7 tricks
(1) First and foremost - Bedding
I bedding cannot stress enough what having really good bedding can do to your sleep. Once you have invested in some seriously good quality stuff, trust me, you will never go back! Check out one of our previous posts 'How to choose the best bed sheets' here
(2) Nightlights are not just for children!!
If you need to get up in the night for whatever reason, the worst thing you can do is turn on the main light. This will totally disrupt your sleep and even if you do fall back to sleep right away the quality of sleep may be affected. The real best thing you can do if your a night walker is buy a night light.
(3) Tidy room, tidy mind
Getting rid of any clutter and mess before going to sleep will also help free your mind of any clutter.
(4) Fresh sheets & Scents
I think we all know this already, there is no better feeling than getting into a bed with freshly cleaned sheets. Between washes use calming drops on your pillow, this will give a very similar feeling
(5) Get the temperature right
65 degrees Fahrenheit is the generic 'best temperature for sleeping'. Maybe this doesn't work for you so stick with what works for you.
(6) Stick to neutrals
With regards to colour schemes, stick with neutral tones and light pastels. This will help add a calming effect to your space.
(7) Air quality and plants
